Refund policy

You can revoke and return your orders within 14 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return form and include it in the package.

Chrondelicale does not cover the costs of returns. We do not offer exchanges, store credit, coupon codes, or any alternative forms. A refund will always be issued and processed on the original payment method.

If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the return costs.

Please make sure to obtain a proof of delivery and keep it safe!

For significantly worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used for the order. 

The processing of a return can take up to 7 business days.
